2026 marks the 11th year that Ford of Canada has been recognized as one of “Canada’s Top 100 Employers,” reflecting Ford’s commitment to creating a workplace where people thrive.
Meredith Keenan, vice president of human resources at Ford of Canada, who recently joined the company, quickly understood why the organization has been recognized for so many years.
“Only a few months in, and I feel at home. This Ford of Canada team is such a welcoming group, and it’s an honour to see them once again recognized as a top employer,” Keenan said. “Ford of Canada is committed to employees’ overall wellness and their professional growth, and this commitment fosters a workforce eager to engage and contribute.”
