Cheers to That: Software Helps Recover Stolen Pop-Up Bar

In what became a not-so-ordinary night in Dandy’s, a swanky bar in the heart of Copenhagen, Denmark’s capital city, Ford and alcohol-free spirit brand ISH held a unique type of event.
On a busy Friday night, a fun and mindful twist was put on a regular evening out, allowing guests to shun the usual boozy beverages to instead indulge in premium mixed alcohol-free cocktails and get up close and personal with the new all-electric Ford Capri.
Mocktails such as the Designated Driver and Pimp My Paloma were just a few guests could choose from, completely alcohol-free and allowing for a safe and memorable driving experience, dreamed up by the combined minds of ISH spirits and Ford Denmark.
“I have had this dream ever since I started ISH,” said Morten Lee Sørensen, Founder of ISH. “Throughout the night everybody just had this look on their face where it's like, ‘Oh my God, this makes so much sense!’ And I think that's also what made the event memorable, because they could go home and tell their friends that they were at a Ford event in a cocktail bar!”
Throughout the night, guests could choose whether they wanted to mingle and enjoy their mocktails or go out and safely test-drive the new Ford Capri on the streets of Copenhagen – though some chose the ‘Passenger Princess’ option as they preferred both hands wrapped around their delicious mocktails.

Ford Denmark didn’t miss a trick in partnering with ISH, whose range of alcohol-free spirits give options to those that don’t drink or simply want to limit their intake during social gatherings, where drinking is often the focal point.
The event, while also being a whole load of fun, capitalises on a growing ‘sober-curious’ trend amongst young people.

Embracing new attitudes is what the new Capri is all about. Ford Denmark and ISH made sure all the guests got a taste of this new era with the range of cheeky car-based mocktails on offer, all made by expert mixologists using ISH’s range of alcohol-free rum, gin and tequila.
“The beauty of doing an event like this is it becomes bigger than just ISH and Ford. It becomes more of a holistic way of life, and I think that's super important to take ownership of,” said Morten Lee Sørensen, Founder, ISH. “The Ford brand is bold and brave and wants to do something that actually makes a mark, something that's a little different”

Inspired by this event, Ford Netherlands is this week also hosting a night of test drives and mocktails.
In fact, the mocktails have been such a smash hit that we figured why not give everyone a chance to recreate them?
We asked ISH founder Morten Lee Sørensen to give From The Road its very own exclusive mocktail that our readers can make and enjoy at home. So here, for your exclusive pleasure is the Passenger Princess cocktail:
We hope you enjoy!
