Mustang Roars to Another Year of Global Sales Dominance

You know, building a great car isn't just about designing something cool and throwing it out there. It's about listening. Really listening. And at Ford, we've been all ears when it comes to the Mustang Mach-E. The 2025 Mustang Mach-E 1 is proof of that.
This is a significant evolution, driven by the people who actually own and drive the Mach-E. For example, in Europe we’ve added three vibrant new exterior colours: Velocity Blue, Molten Magenta, and Terrain, to help Mustang Mach-E owners to standout even more. We’ve also added a sleek, black-painted splitter to the front while the GT model is getting a sporty new black front grille that's guaranteed to turn heads.
We're making striking alloy wheel designs even more accessible too. Base models will now come with wheels that used to be exclusive to the Premium trims, and if you go Premium, you can opt for 19-inch, black-painted alloy wheels.
But it's not just about the looks. Feedback about the centre console and the gear selector location was taken on board. We've now moved the gear selector to the steering column, and put the wiper and indicator controls on a new "Superstalk." The result? A cleaner design and a more spacious centre console.
We’ve also addressed customer requests for features that improve the charging experience, so we’ve added the capability to set a universal charge limit, schedule preferred charge times at specific locations, and access real-time charging information in-vehicle. Another smart bit of engineering that could prove very useful, especially in colder weather, is the new heat pump. By reducing the drain on the battery for cabin heating, it can actually help increase your driving range. Imagine that – more miles, more freedom, all thanks to a little bit of clever engineering.
These updates are all part of our mission to continually give customers the best version of Mustang Mach-E possible, both through continuous improvements with over-the-air updates, as well as hardware updates that customers actually want.
I’ve been working on Mustang Mach-E for a few years now and am extremely proud of being part of our first ground-up electric vehicle. Since its launch in Europe in 2021 we’ve sold almost 90,000 Mustang Mach-E vehicles across the continent, 2 and hopefully that’s just the beginning. The 2025 Mustang Mach-E isn't just a car; it's a testament to what happens when you listen to your customers and pour your heart and soul into making something truly special. It's the rebellious electric SUV, evolved. And we can't wait for you to experience it.
