Bronco is built for adventure from the start, but every owner has a different vision for where it can take them. The Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package gives customers a simpler way to add a coordinated set of trail-focused upgrades without sourcing each component separately. Here are eight questions and answers about what the package includes, who it is for, and how customers can get one.
1. What is the Ford Custom Garage Bronco ORV Package?
The Bronco ORV Package is a limited-edition package for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco models. It brings together Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts, including an Off-Road Suspension Kit by FOX, Bronco Raptor skid and fuel-tank plates, rocker-panel trail armor and blackout graphic, RIGID auxiliary lighting, a modular front bumper with park aid, 17-inch black WELD wheels, and distinctive appearance details in one factory-backed package.
2. Why create an ORV package for an off-road vehicle?
Bronco already offers built-in off-road capability. The ORV Package is not meant to replace that foundation. It gives customers who want to personalize their Bronco a straightforward way to add a coordinated mix of suspension, protection, lighting, and design upgrades. Rather than sourcing each component separately, customers can work with a Ford dealer on a package designed for a specific vehicle and application.

3. What makes ORV different from a standard Bronco?
The difference is the equipment added through the package. Functional upgrades include FOX off-road suspension, Bronco Raptor skid and fuel-tank protection, rocker-panel trail armor and blackout graphic, RIGID auxiliary lighting, an auxiliary switch kit, a modular front bumper with park aid, and a ProCal calibration tool. The package also adds black WELD wheels, Havoc fender flares, red tow hooks, red grille letter caps, a stealth hood decal, unique ORV badging, and other appearance details. The ORV Package is an accessory package, not a separate Bronco model.
4. What is Ford Custom Garage?
Ford Custom Garage offers vehicle-specific packages that bring compatible Ford Accessories and Ford Racing Parts together under a configuration-specific part number. The approach gives customers a simpler route to a cohesive, dealer-installed build rather than requiring them to source and coordinate every component separately.

5. Where can you buy the Bronco ORV Package?
Customers can order the Bronco ORV Package through their Ford dealer.
6. Which Bronco models are eligible?
The package is offered for select 2025 and 2026 four-door Bronco Base, Big Bend, and Outer Banks models. Fitment depends on the vehicle’s trim, camera, and Lux configuration, and whether it has the Sasquatch Package. Bronco Raptor and Badlands are excluded, so customers should confirm fitment with their Ford dealer before ordering.

7. Is the Bronco ORV Package factory-backed?
Yes. The package includes a supplemental Ford Racing Parts three-year/36,000-mile warranty beginning on the new vehicle in-service date. Installation by a Ford dealer or ASE-certified technician does not void the standard new-vehicle warranty. Optional equipment shown in photography, including matte film protection, is not included in the standard package.
8. What does the Bronco ORV Package cost?
The Bronco ORV Package has an MSRP of $18,995. Dealer pricing and installation charges may vary. Tires are required but sold separately, allowing customers to work with their dealer to choose tires for their intended use. Ford recommends 315/70R17 tires for this setup.
