For 2027, Ford is introducing the first-ever Ford Super Duty® Carhartt® Package — a new available package for XLT Crew Cab single-rear-wheel pickups that brings distinctive Carhartt design cues, practical work-ready details, and the capability Super Duty customers use every day.

The Super Duty Carhartt Package includes:
- Unique dark-painted grille
- 20-inch unique machined and painted wheels
- LT275/65R20E BSW all-terrain tires
- Off-Road Running Boards with textured finish
- Carhartt graphics on fender vents, doors, and tailgate with unique color accents
- Tough Bed® spray-in bedliner with Carhartt logo
- Carhartt-inspired unique cloth seats and Carhartt-inspired triple stitching
- Wrapped steering wheel with accent stitching
- Premium all-weather floor mats inspired by Carhartt’s latest tool bags
- LED roof markers and clearance lamps
- LED reflector lamps
- LED fog lamps
- LED Center High-Mounted Stop Lamp
A Work-Ready Exterior with a Carhartt Signature
The exterior starts with a Unique Dark Painted grille, body-color bumpers, and reflective Carhartt-branded fender vents. Textured Carhartt graphics on the doors and tailgate add to the package’s signature details, with unique color accents that give the truck a distinct look while staying understated.
The graphics are placed in lower areas of the truck to provide a layer of protection in areas that see wear from road debris, mud, salt, and jobsite conditions. They help give the package its identity while serving a practical purpose.
The color palette keeps the truck grounded and work-ready, with choices that pair naturally with Carhartt’s function-first design philosophy. The truck is available in six exterior colors, including:

- Iconic Silver Metallic
- Agate Black Metallic
- Carbonized Gray Metallic
- Oxford White
- Neptune Blue, new for 2027 model year
Wheels with Detroit Forged In
Super Duty Carhartt rides on unique 20-inch painted and machined aluminum wheels paired with LT275/65R20E All-Terrain tires.
The wheels were inspired, in part, by the industrial textures Ford designers saw around Carhartt’s Detroit flagship store, including the manhole covers outside. It is a small detail, but it gives the truck a visual connection to the city both companies callhome.
Bed Protection Made to Be Used
A Super Duty bed is not a decorative space. It is where tools, materials, equipment, and supplies end up. That is why the package includes a Tough Bed® spray-in bedliner with the Carhartt logo.
An Interior Inspired by the Gear Customers Already Trust
The Carhartt-inspired interior includes unique cloth seats and stitching inspired by Carhartt’s workwear DNA, including cues from their iconic Duck Canvas and Carhartt’s recognizable triple-stitch construction. The package also includes Carhartt-inspired door trim panels with triple-stitch accents, a center console lid with accent stitching, and embroidered Carhartt logos on the front headrests and map pockets on the back of the seats.
Premium Carhartt all-weather floor mats add another practical touch. Their texture draws from Carhartt’s latest tool bag, connecting the cabin to gear customers already know and use.
The result is an interior that feels distinctand durable. The materials and details give the package its character while staying true to what Super Duty customers expect from their trucks.
Work-Ready Protection
Super Duty Carhartt also includes Off-Road Running Boards with a textured finish.
Super Duty Carhartt includes LED roof marker and clearance lamps, LED reflector lamps, LED fog lamps, and an LED Center High-Mounted Stop Lamp — for those who work from dusk to dark.

Super Duty Carhartt sits in the heart of the lineup, where customers want a truck that can work during the week, support the family on the weekend, and still feel personal every time they walk up to it.
The package is available on XLT CrewCab single-rear-wheel 4x4 pickups with the 40/console/40 seating configuration.It’s offered with the XLT Premium Package as well as the FX4® Off-Road Package.
