Employee Pricing for All — Now Through America's Birthday

After nearly a month of bustling showrooms and happy customers, we’re extending the Ford Motor Company: From America, For America program through the July 4th weekend.

That means consumers continue to pay what we pay for Ford vehicles, as we offer employee pricing to all, providing much needed relief to American consumers and businesses.

The campaign has resonated deeply with the public. Customers know Ford delivers when it counts, and so far, the program has delivered double-digit sales increases and strong expected share growth over the last month.

Our dealers say this program has been a "shot in the arm," offering consistency and clarity to both employees and customers.

“In a time when customers and employees are trying to figure out what is going on with all the noise, this program provided some clarity,” said Tim Hovik of San Tan Ford in Arizona. “We have a set price. It is not affected by what is taking place with tariffs. It is very much on the right side of the customers.”

Adding to the appeal, the Ford Power Promise will also continue through the holiday weekend, providing retail customers who choose an electric vehicle with a complimentary home charger and standard installation. It’s just another way we’re making the choice to go electric easier.

Despite the dynamic tariff situation, our dealers maintain a robust retail stock of all vehicles. This ensures customers have an ample selection of gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles, while Ford continues to assess the potential impact of tariffs. (Please note that the Ford Motor Company: From America, For America plan excludes Raptors, specialty Mustang and Bronco vehicles, the 2025 Expedition and Navigator SUVs and Super Duty trucks.)

In the meantime, we’re proud that Ford employs more U.S. hourly autoworkers than any other automaker1. Customers can feel proud as well, knowing that when they buy a Ford, they’re also investing in American jobs and communities.
