Ford Credit and Lincoln Automotive Financial Services are offering payment relief to customers affected by tropical Storm Arthur in Mississippi and sever weather in West Virginia.
Payment extensions of up to 60 days are offered to eligible customers in counties FEMA has identified for its Individuals and Households Program. Interest may continue to accrue on deferred payment(s).
- The fastest way for customers buying their vehicles to request an extension is by visiting www.ford.com/finance or through the Ford Credit app.
- They may also call, and lease customers must call, 1-800-723-4016 to request disaster relief.
Currently included counties are:
Mississippi
- Hancock
- Harrison
- Pearl River
- Stone
West Virginia
- Lewis
- Upshur
These offers are available through Sept. 26, 2026.
