With its bold style, advanced technologies, efficient electric and hybrid powertrains, and ingenious practicality, our Ford Puma 1 compact crossover has been a hit with customers across Europe.
In fact, Puma was our best-selling car in Europe in 2025, 2 and is currently the best-selling car in the UK so far in 2026. 3 And we recently produced the one millionth Puma at our factory in Craiova, Romania.
But that hasn’t stopped us finding ways to make Puma even more attractive and capable, including two new special editions customers can order from today.
Q: What are the new Puma models?
A: The first of the new models is the Puma Gen-E Black Edition. 4 Based on the Puma Gen-E, it adds the option of an exclusive new exterior colour with contrasting exterior details, alongside matching interior touches and an enhanced specification.
The second new model is the Puma ST Edition 1 which builds on the sporty Puma ST Powershift, 1 adding upgraded suspension for an even more dynamic driving experience and distinctive design details inside and out to maximise the fun factor.
Q: What is the Puma Gen-E Black Edition?
Puma Gen-E Black Edition adds the option of eye-catching Azura Blue exterior paint, and contrasts this with a black-painted roof and door mirror caps. Puma Gen-E Black Edition also rides on eye-catching Asphalt Black Matt 18-inch alloy wheels.
The unique visual touches continue inside too, with Candy Blue stitching across the seats, doors and dashboard, alongside a dark themed interior including headlining and unique scuff plates.
Puma Gen-E Black Edition can also help you see the way ahead more clearly in low-light conditions with standard Dynamic Matrix LED headlights. These feature technologies such as Glare Free High Beam, 5 and Predictive Dynamic Bending Light 5 which can automatically alter the beam pattern to match the driving conditions.
Q: What is the Puma ST Edition?
Starting with the sporty and capable Puma ST Powershift, Puma ST Edition adds the Handling Pack which brings with it enhanced suspension, while detailed visual changes for an even more dynamic and engaging ST experience.
Puma ST Edition features coilover suspension by motorsport specialist KW Automotive, with stiffer springs that lower the ride height by 10mm and dampers that use sophisticated valve technology, combining for superior response and even greater road and track capability.

The new special edition model is easy to spot thanks to its striking Azura Blue exterior paint and contrasting black-painted roof, while inside it features illuminated scuff plates and a sports steering wheel, just the thing for when you want to explore its cornering abilities.
Q: What is the driving range of the Puma Gen-E?
A: In 2026 we introduced an enhanced version of Puma Gen-E, and thanks to optimised battery design we increased the available range up to 417 km 4, making longer road trips even easier and allowing days of charge-free city driving.
Q: What technologies are available on Puma?
A: We are proud to be able to offer Puma with BlueCruise, 6 our hands-free highway driving technology on the smallest vehicle in our range. BlueCruise 6 allows the driver to take their hands-off the wheel while keeping their eyes on the road, on more than 139,000 kilometers of designated highways across Europe called Blue Zones, to help make long drives and stop-and-go traffic easier and more enjoyable.
Puma customers can choose to activate BlueCruise 6 based on their needs via a one-time purchase, for those who don’t want to worry about activating BlueCruise 6 again on their vehicle, or through a flexible monthly or annual plan, for those who want to use it at certain times of the year, such as long summer holiday road trips.
We are also offering a BlueCruise Edition for both Puma and Puma Gen-E, which includes the BlueCruise 6 one-time purchase, as well as distinctive design features such as unique Vapor Blue exterior paint and contrasting black-painted 18-inch alloy wheels.

Puma delivers the perfect sounds for your journeys with the B&O Premium Audio system. Standard on Puma ST Powershift, BlueCruise Editions, Puma Gen-E Premium and optional on Puma ST-Line X, a power output of 650 W with high specification midwoofer speakers in the front doors delivers impressive sound reproduction whatever you listen to.
Premium Connectivity 7, 8 is also available on all Puma models, so you can access popular streaming services using the SYNC 4 7 system as well as play games and even sing your karaoke favourites with Stingray Karaoke. Connected Navigation 7, 9 is also standard on BlueCruise Editions and can be added to other series, with both services available as a one-time purchase or monthly plan.
Q: What is the GigaBox?
A: GigaBox is Ford’s innovative storage solution that maximises the available space without impacting comfort for passengers.
Introduced on Puma, the MegaBox provides 80 litres 10 of additional load capacity beneath the boot floor, enough to swallow the contents of a small shopping trolley, and with its durable waterproof lining and a drainage plug it can take wet or muddy items with ease.
On Puma Gen-E, the compact electric powertrain allowed us to go one step further and create the GigaBox. The storage space was increased to 145 litres, 10 enough to hold two carry-on suitcases or a folded pushchair, and gives a total space of 574 litres. 10
