What’s New: Capri and Explorer 2026

Here’s a look at what’s new for the enhanced Capri and Explorer line-up, available to order now with deliveries beginning May 2026.

Standard Range battery improvements

  • New Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery
  • Capacity increased from 52 kWh to 58 kWh
  • Capri Standard Range now up to 464 km 1
  • Explorer Standard Range now up to 444 km 2
  • Allows more frequent charging to 100 per cent capacity

Electric motor improvements

  • Power increased to 190 PS 3
  • Torque increased to 350 Nm 3
  • Improved acceleration – both models can now accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 8.0 seconds
