The Road We Traveled in 2025: Where Purpose Met Community

2025 has been a remarkable journey. While impact can be measured in numbers or projects completed, we are most proud of the lives touched, the communities strengthened, and the connections formed along the way.

As we look back on the year, we are grateful for the road we traveled with our employee volunteers, partners, and communities across the globe. Our mission is simple: to help move people forward and upward. But it’s not the dollars alone that make the difference —it’s the people who show up, day after day, to support the communities they call home.

In 2025, “showing up” took many forms. Our employees lent their skills and expertise to help our partners operate more efficiently. Our Ford Dealers hosted a record-setting food drive. And when disaster struck in communities, teams across Ford worked quickly to provide essential support.

At the heart of these efforts are our nonprofit partners, who work tirelessly to ensure our support directly meets the unique needs of the communities they serve. From building resilient homes with Habitat for Humanity, to providing disaster relief with Team Rubicon, to expanding food access through Feeding America food banks, to delivering critical emergency aid alongside the American Red Cross, our work reflects what’s possible when people and partners come together.

This year, we saw firsthand the impact that occurs when the power of Ford is paired with the passion of our people and the expertise of our partners. The impact is visible in the numbers, but it is also felt in the stories behind them.

In 2025, here are a few of the notable accomplishments we shared:

  • Engaged 5,560 Ford employees who volunteered 65,422 hours of service across 183 projects in 31 countries during Global Caring Month.

  • Mobilized Ford Building Together in response to Texas floods – Ford dealers loaned vehicles to the American Red Cross and Team Rubicon, and employee volunteers packed 40,000 meals at the North Texas Food Bank.

  • Mobilized Ford dealers across 30 countries to collect over 2 million pounds of food for local food banks worldwide.

  • Provided 4,000 rides to community members with reliable transportation to medical appointments and other vital services through our Catch a Ride partner.

  • Announced 15 new Ford Future Builder Labs in Michigan and West Tennessee, blending technical skills with soft skills to provide hands-on learning opportunities for more than 100,000 students and educators.

  • Partnered with Vision to Learn to bring free mobile eye exams and glasses directly to students at their schools in Michigan and Ohio.

  • Hosted the Ford Enter Program in Brazil, equipping high school students with technical skills needed to secure jobs in the growing technology sector.

  • Hosted RediCommunities workshops with the Australian Red Cross to help bushfire-prone communities develop disaster resilience plans.

As we reflect on the road we traveled this year, our deepest gratitude goes to every volunteer, employee, and partner who made these efforts possible.
