How Ford Thailand Created a Self-Repairing Welding System

Nuttapong Chuenmee and a team at Ford Thailand Manufacturing raised the bar for weld quality by looking at how they could take a process that’s already working well and make it even better.

It’s a great example of the team’s commitment to their craft and quality.
